Update. I was at the range yesterday and an elderly gentleman gave me the chance to fire his P95. He had just had some new sights installed and wanted my help in figuring out how tuned they were. Well after picking it up I was surprised at how light it felt. That may be because I'm on a 1911 kick right now but it surprised me a lot. And firing it was very surprising. I've shot a lot of 9's but this pistol was very soft when it comes to recoil. And the trigger was velvety smooth indeed. Lets just say if I see one in my price range I may just add it to the collection...................

Did you ever get it, Mojo? Do we have any other members who have the Ruger P95?

Have owned and fired the Ruger P95...Loved it and no problems whatsoever but eventually traded it for a newer "toy". Probably should have kept it. My present 9mm, a Taurus holds 17 in the mag and one in the pipe. Also a good shooter.
